Panorama Tour - Eiði & Gjógv
We drive north over the island of Streymoy over the bridge to Eysturoy and along the west side north past the village of Eiði, below the highest mountain in the Faroes, Slættaratindur 882 metres.
Proceed to Gjógv with its small natural harbour, a narrow ravine with high cliffs on both sides. Puffins nest nearby on the cliffs. On the way to Gjógv one can see the famous and historical stacks, called the Giant and the Witch.
We also pass Funningur where the Vikings first settled. Coffee is served.

Vestmanna Boat Trip, combination of coach and boat tour
Drive along the coast to the village of Vestmanna, approx. 1 hours drive. Boat tour from Vestmanna to the fantastic Cliffs, sailing close along towering cliffs, viewing the many birds nesting in the cliffs. Into grottoes - a fantastic experience.
Duration of boat tour approx. 2 hours. Back to Vestmanna where we take the coach taking the mountain road back to Tórshavn with panorama view.

Excursion to Northern Eysturoy
Driving north through tunnels and crossing the bridge combining the islands of Streymoy and Eysturoy.
In Gøta we first visit a traditional Faroese wooden church which is no longer in use. Afterwards we visit the new church in Gøta where we can see the beautiful glass-art made by the well known Faroese artist Tróndur Patursson.
On our way back to Tórshavn we stop for coffee at the wool factory Tøting. Possibility to buy faroese knitwear.

Explore Tórshavn - the smallest capital in the world
By bus through Tórshavn. First stop is the national museum - get an insight into the faroese history. Continue to the Nordic House - an architectural pearl - which has housed many cultural events. On to the city centre where we walk through the old part of Tórshavn and get the true sense of this small capital.
