Fashion show at the Faroese designer shop ”Sirri” and taste ”Sushi” the Faroese way
Enjoy a fashion show with Faroese wollen designs. Sirri is a brand which only deals with products made out of Faroese wool. The idea behind Sirri is to utilize the natural resource availabe in the Faroe
Islands - to use the Faroese wool and create a product which is unique and which acquires a special significance for the user. The garments are machine-knitted or woven and then fulled according to traditional methods. This procedure ensures that the garment is wind- and waterresistant while it maintains its soft and warm texture. Our line of products is in constant development as new designs are added regularly. Beer tasting at Föroya Bjór
Føroya Bjór is a Faroese family brewery, founded in 1888. The ram has been the symbol of the brewery since the early beginning. Föroya Bjór has been greatly acclaimed for the genuine quality and taste of the beer – the result of generations of proud brewing traditions. Their selection of beer includeds for example Classic, Gold Export Lager, Slupp, Black Sheep and Green Island Stout. The visit includes a guided tour around the brewery, a very nice meal and afterwards beer tasting whilst hearing stories about Føroya Bjór and how to make beer. Tour starts from Tórshavn Incl: Coach, local guide, beer tasting and dinner. Approx 5 hours
Vestmanna Cliffs, Viking Saga Museum and Deep Sea Fishing – catch your own dinner
A combined tour where you first enjoy sailing through narrow sounds, into deep grottoes, carved by the surf through ages, and close to the over 1500 feet high-rise cliffs where seabirds are nesting. Then it is time to do some fishing. As the sea current is very strong, it is only possible to fish from one side of the boat, so it is necessary to share the fishing rods. After catching the big one, it is back to harbour, were skipper and crew will prepare the catch. Meanwhile group visit the Viking Saga Museum and go for at walk in the town. Fish dinner is served at restaurant. Tour starts from Tórshavn Incl: Coach, local guide, boat tour, fishing rods/baite, entre and fish dinner. Approx 6 hours
Cruise with the Schooner "Norðlýsið and skippers famous fishsoup
We go on a 4-hour schooner cruise, where we sail close along the coastline to watch the cliffs rising from the sea. We will, off course, stop at the most beautiful places, to give you the best ever photo opportunities. Short stay on the island Nólsoy, where you will have a guided tour through the village skippers famous fishsoup is served onboard. Tour starts from harbour in Tórshavn Incl: Local guide, fishsoup and the/coffee. Approx 4 hours
Easy hike to the lighthouse at ”Kallin”, visit Mikkjal the Blacksmith Iron Forge and learn the fascinating story / saga of the “Seal-woman"
With boat to the island Kalsoy. Transfer to the village Trøllanes, where the hike to the lighthouse at Kallin with local guide starts, approx. 3 hours with lunch box. Enjoy the nature and the beautiful views of  the nearby islands. Visit to the Economusée©-  Mikkjal the Blacksmith to see local blacksmith crafts. Continue to the village Mikladalur which is known for its artists and saga / stories, e.g. the Seal-woman. Guided tour of the village. Afterwards enjoy a delicious three course meal, drinks included. Return to Leirvik by boat. Tour starts from village Leirvík.  Incl. boat ride t/r, transfers on the island Kalsoy, local guide, lunch and dinner with drinks. Approx 8 hours
Hike to “Eiðiskollur” , visit scenic Gjógv and Faroese buffet.
Sightseeing to the north with hike to ”Eiðiskollur”, which is a very interesting area with various wildflowers and a rich birdlife. With coach over the island of Streymoy crossing the bridge to Eysturoy and continue along the west side north to the village of Eiði which lies below the highest mountain in the Faroes, Slættaratindur 882 metres. After the hike, proceed to Gjógv, with its small natural harbour, a narrow ravine with high cliffs on both sides. On the way to Gjógv one can see the famous and historical stacks, called the Giant and the Witch. Tour starts from Tórshavn Incl: Coach, local guide, local guide, light refreshments after hike and Faroese buffet. approx 7 hours
