Faer Isles Distillery’s mission is to bottle the Faroe Islands: to capture the flavors in these wild, remote islands in the middle of the rugged North Atlantic, using local botanicals such as seaweed.
A tour and tasting in this exceptional distillery and project, guided by one of the passionate people behind, is a must-do.
