Vestmanna Cliffs

From Tórshavn we drive to the village of Vestmanna where we go on a 1,5 hour boat trip.

We sail close to the spectacular bird cliffs, into hidden grottos, and through narrow sounds carved by the Atlantic Ocean. The dramatic scenery and abundant birdlife make this a truly unforgettable experience - so be sure to bring your camera.

On our way back to Tórshavn, we stop in the charming village of Kvívík to visit the remains of an ancient Viking farmstead and see the excavated foundations of Viking longhouses. Returning via the scenic mountain road, we make a few photo stops to enjoy some of the Faroe Islands' most breathtaking views.
