In the evening, the celebrations unfold in Panorama, Hotel Hafnia’s top-floor restaurant with breathtaking views over Tórshavn. At 7 PM, you will be treated to an exquisite five-course dinner, specially created for the occasion. A carefully paired wine menu can be added to enhance the experience, with the option of an alcoholfree pairing for those who prefer. As the clock ticks closer to midnight, the atmosphere builds. Surrounded by sweeping views of the city, you’ll join the countdown and raise a glass to the New Year.
