This is an authentic guided boat experience. You sail in a traditional Faroese boat – the utmost of Faroese handicraft. On this tour you learn about days when boats of this type were a lifeline of people along these shores. You hear stories about these people, their lives, their culture and their harvesting of the riches nature brought to them.

  • Fishing trip Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from Árnafirði (Borðoy)

  • PLEASE NOTE: Tours are on request as they are depending on weather conditions
  • Tours available from May to October. 
  • Incl. Each guest receives a floating suit, boots, lifejacket and safety training,  light meal with water and coffee with something sweet.
  • Trip is about 3,5 to 4 hours.
